Help Me Grow Service Coordinator

The Childhood League Center is currently looking for a full-time 40-hour per week, year-round Help Me Grow (HMG) Service Coordinator. The role of a HMG Service Coordinator is to work with families with infants and young children under age 3 identified with developmental delays, linking them with early intervention services and providing parent support. The Childhood League Center is one of four Franklin County HMG service coordination providers. The Center annually serves nearly 265 children and families in the home-based HMG service coordination program. **At this time, service coordination is being provided through virtual visits.

Please note that this is a grant-funded position and is currently funded through June 30, 2021. If funding is not renewed this position would be eliminated.
